Neon
Neon (Ne) is the 4th most abundant element in the universe. But, only 0.0018% of the Earth's atmosphere is Neon. Neon can be used to make advertisement signs (as seen in the picture to your left), High- voltage indicators, and/or can be combined with the element Helium to make Helium-Neon lasers.
